These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are provided by Toolscopia ("Toolscopia", "we", "us", or "our") and cover the website at toolscopia.com (the "Site") and any related pages or services. They form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02 Who we are

Toolscopia is an independent publisher that reviews AI tools. We test tools ourselves, analyse publicly available user reviews, and publish editorial scores and opinions. 03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or create an account. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

04 Permitted use of the site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;

06 Your content

You agree not to post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing, spam, or that contains personal data about others without their consent.

Our reviews, scores, and rankings are editorial opinion based on our own testing and analysis at a point in time, and are provided for general information only. AI tools change quickly: prices, features, limits, and policies described in a review may be out of date by the time you read it, and you should confirm current details with the tool's own website before making a decision.

Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Any decision you make based on our content is your own. Where we believe something is inaccurate, we correct it in line with our Corrections Policy .

08 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site (including text, reviews, scores, graphics, logos, and the design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The "Toolscopia" name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our permission.

Product names, logos, and trademarks of the tools we review belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and editorial purposes. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

09 Third-party tools and links

The Site links to third-party AI tools and websites that we do not control.
