The short version

Quick verdict

EasyComment earns a solid 6.8 out of 10 as a grab-bag of social media utilities that mostly do what they promise. The appeal is breadth: follower exports, giveaway winner picking, comment viewing, and caption generation all live under one login, and most tools run free before any credits are needed. Results come back fast and the interface stays out of your way. The caution is the category it plays in. Anonymous viewing, follower-list exports, and fake-post generators sit in a gray area with platform rules and can break when those platforms change. For a marketer who wants quick utilities and reads the fine print, it is a useful bookmark rather than a core system.

Overview

What is EasyComment AI?

EasyComment is a browser-based collection of social media tools gathered under one account, marketed as an all-in-one toolkit for social media operations. It runs on desktop, tablet, and mobile without an extension or install.

The toolkit splits into five groups. Viewer tools browse Instagram and TikTok profiles, stories, and comments. Export tools pull follower lists, comments, and likes from Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook into data you can analyze. A picker tool selects giveaway winners from comment entries, which the site presents as a fair, verifiable draw. Generator tools produce captions, hashtags, and mock posts. An analytics section reports on Instagram engagement.

The intended users are creators, social media managers, and agency teams who want to run these jobs without stitching several separate apps together.

Pricing is credit-based. New users get credits on sign-up, many tools are free to try, and more credits can be bought without a forced subscription. The homepage advertises a 68 percent discount but does not list specific tier prices on its face.

Hands-on testing

Test 01 What EasyComment.ai Actually Delivered When I tested

The Fake Tweet Generator Did Its Job

This was the first clear win. The Fake Tweet Generator opened straight away with no login screen in the way. I set the display name to Jamie Carter, added the handle @jamiecreates, switched on the blue checkmark and the Grok icon, then typed a sample post tagging @Scrutool with a #buildinpublic hashtag. The preview on the right updated live as I typed, and both the mention and the hashtag rendered in blue the way they do on real X.

Fake Tweet Generator, no login required.

Then I pressed Download. This is where most free tools stamp a watermark onto your image. EasyComment did not. The exported PNG came out clean at full quality, with the mention and all the engagement numbers intact. For memes, mockups, quote graphics or client decks, that one detail puts it ahead of plenty of competitors who charge for the same output.

The downloaded PNG, exported without a watermark.

Instagram Analytics Showed Half the Picture

Next I pasted Cristiano Ronaldo’s profile into the Instagram Analytics tool and clicked Analyze Profile. A small badge under the field told me upfront that free tracking covers only 2 profiles.

Instagram Analytics input, with the 2-profile free limit shown.

The snapshot loaded in a couple of seconds and pulled live figures. Followers read 680.1M, with a seven-day drop of 136.2K already flagged in red. Following sat at 636 and posts at 4.1K. Handy at a glance. The problem waits one row down. Engagement rate, average likes, average comments and the rest of the performance data were all greyed out behind a "Track to unlock" prompt. The numbers a marketer opens an analytics tool to find were the ones held back on the free tier.

Live snapshot, with every engagement metric locked.

I also wanted to see how it treats a locked account, so I ran a private profile through it. The tool declined the request cleanly and told me why in plain red text: only public Instagram profiles can be analyzed. No crash, no endless spinner. A fair limit, honestly handled.

A private profile, declined with a clear message.

The Giveaway Picker Never Finished

The giveaway picker is the feature the site pushes hardest, so I gave it a proper test. I dropped in a public Selena Gomez reel link and pressed Start.

Giveaway picker, public reel link accepted.

The tool took the link and moved into a "Loading Comments" state, complete with a progress bar and a warning not to refresh the page. Then it stopped. The bar sat frozen at 3% for more than 20 minutes. No winner appeared. No error message surfaced. No timeout kicked in either.

Loading Comments, frozen at 3 percent.

Some of that comes down to scale. A celebrity reel carries hundreds of thousands of comments, and the free tier plainly was not built to chew through that volume. The page never admits it, though. A tool that promises fair, fast results in a few clicks should fail out loud or cap the job, rather than leave you watching a 3% bar go nowhere. On a smaller post it may well finish. For anything at real giveaway scale, I walked away with nothing.

The Free Plan and the Credit Math

Everything above traces back to one figure. Free accounts get 5 credits a month. The paid tiers run from $9 for 300 credits up to $49 for 2,000, with a $19 plan for 1,000 credits sitting in the middle at the current discount.

The free plan at 5 credits, against the paid tiers.

Read the line under each card and the catch shows itself. Those credits are shared across every export and analytics tool from a single pool. By EasyComment’s own conversion, 1 credit covers roughly 50 Instagram followers or 88 comments, so 5 free credits buy about 250 follower records before the wall comes down. Facebook is rougher still. 1 credit equals 5 Facebook comments, which means a single mid-size export can swallow an entire month of a Starter plan.

On the free plan, EasyComment works as a demo of the paid product. It is enough to watch each tool move once. It is not enough to finish a real job.
